When customers turn to us and to know exactly how they can best drive profitability and grow smart, our new Service delivery model – on show here at MWC – provides an excellent answer.
It offers the right balance of local proximity, global scale and efficiency, leveraging automated processes and tools. From our Global Network Solution Centers (GNSCs) we are showcasing our expertise to customers from around the world. By adding new, remotely delivered options to our existing services portfolio, three broad modes of service delivery are now possible, using different combinations of shared and dedicated resources:
1) Global Integrated Service Delivery: an “end-to-end” integrated service offering in a solution mode from our GNSCs
2) Global Delivery Centres: Centres of competencies for specific service delivery like site integration, customer care support, hosting and system integration delivery
3) Project/Operations Delivery: For solutions customized to individual needs or requiring specific local expertise, customers can still count on dedicated, face-to-face service delivery and support, just as they always have done. The local organization also remains responsible for overall customer interface and satisfaction
The key benefits of these three modes for the operators are a faster time to market and opportunities to differentiate their services to provide an Enriched Customer Experience, higher network and service quality, improved efficiency and reduced risk.
