Nokia Siemens Networks is headed in the right direction. Operators gave clear positive feedback about the strategy behind our transformation. This is strong independent verification of our plans to simplify and focus on key segments.
As well as reviewing our overall strategy, the paper takes a close look at our Liquid Net architecture including both radio and core, our CEM portfolio, and our ability to enable holistic CSP transformation with our services business.
In its situation overview, the white paper confirms that our key segments are areas where we can innovate and differentiate. Customers see a positive outcome from targeting their main priorities”.
IDC’s recommendations for next steps are a version of the Olympics motto. Form broader partnerships to differentiate, share deeper knowledge of business models, and improve outreach to give operators a more complete understanding of our vision and offering.
