We are looking forward to OFC/NFOEC 2011 this week where our team will be showcasing the latest in optical technology and commenting on upcoming trends in that space. This show, which takes place March 8-10 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, is always focused on what’s next, providing a forward-looking view of optical transport and the next step beyond 100G.
If you are not attending the show, don’t worry – we will update you on the event happenings throughout the week on Twitter and this blog. Be sure to follow our tweets and read up on the latest news and trends we’ll be observing at OFC.
And if you are attending, don’t forget to visit our booth (#2831) and Mobile Optical Lab on the show floor. The Lab will include demos of 40G/100G coherent technology and our packet optical transport solution. You won’t want to miss it.
Also be sure to attend our speaking engagements:
March 9: Michel Chbat, North America Transport Networks CTO, will moderate the panel, “100G Technology and Deployment.”
March 9: Pathmal Gunawardana, head of North America Transport Business, will deliver a presentation on “Optimized IP-MPLS Transport for Optical Networks with Next Generation Switching.”
March 10: Zeljko Bulut, Optical Networks Product Line Manager, will participate on the panel, “Tradeoffs & Drivers for Tunable/Colorless Networks.”
Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you there!
