The Global Telecoms Business Innovation awards ceremony on June 4th in London was definitely something to write home about! Together with our customers we won three operator customer awards in the “Wireless network infrastructure innovation” category. But pictures speak louder than words –so we’re sharing the excitement here.
With Zain Kuwait, Nokia Siemens Networks won an award for the Customer Experience Index, which enables Zain to track their customers’ experience in near real time and at the individual subscriber level for any service, device and location.
And the next award goes to….touch, Lebanon and Nokia Siemens Networks, for ensuring touch’s mobile broadband network and service quality. Touch Lebanon is establishing a centralized Network and Service Operation Center that will use tools like NetAct, Performance Manager and Service Quality Manager.
It’s a hat-trick! We scored a third win with SK Telecom of Korea for Liquid Applications. SK Telecom is testing Liquid Applications in their LTE environment to provide users unique mobile broadband experience and customized services.
